CarlaMy passion for Pilates started in 2005 when I first experienced the physical benefits of Pilates while pregnant.This passion has subsequently grown as my participation in outdoor sport activities, namely running and mountain biking, have become a substantial part of my life. I have become more acutely aware of the benefits of Pilates over the years as it has been instrumental as part of a post sports injury recovery program. I enjoy sharing the benefits of these experiences with like minded avid sports people in both the preparation and recovery process utilising my Pilates (BASI) and Personal Training (HFPA).
